Allen, the technician, was calm, friendly, and extremely professional. I really appreciate when technicians take a thoughtful approach, it builds trust and helps me make confident decisions. Chris and his helper did an amazing job! Extremely professional, and went above and beyond on the installation. Even with our attack ankle biting rat dog running around lol. the level of respect shown, and pride they take in their work really shows. I appreciate y'all getting my house cool again. Now with that said Scheduling was kind of messed as all I got was an email saying the date of install no time. So I am awaken by my dogs barking and them with their truck unloaded ringing the door bell. So far system has been running very nicely for about 3 days. Had an issue the first day where the thermostat just read that the house was constant 80 degrees. Ended up shutting the system down letting it reset, and haven't had that problem since. Danielle and his crew did excellent professional work every one of them know what to do. They arrive at home 8:30 in the morning and 4 o’clock that was out of the property and everything is done the actual job very clean very professional. I love the train unit. I cannot get my eyes off The unit on The attic it’s so beautiful and very clean job I like the way they raise the unit above that drain pan and the unit outside. I had a great experience with David, the AC service technician. He was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue quickly with the TXV valve. David took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and made sure the system was running smoothly before he left. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him for any AC service needs!
