Contracted with Joe Smith to renovate our bathroom. Wanted to remove old tub and add walk-in shower. Process was clearly explain along with photos of previous done work. Joe’s work was precise and done to exact specifications. Along the way he presented options to the plan and performed the work very professionally. I highly recommend him for not only bath remodeling but a wide range of other projects.

Joe Smith was wonderful to work with! We really liked him and his ideas from our initial meeting. He is diligent, detail-oriented, thoughtful, and hardworking. We hired him to help re-design our primary bathroom and closet. He did an amazing amount of work from plumbing and electrical to the drywall and painting to the custom tile work. We have been VERY happy with it and will definitely hire him again! On top of it all, he took care of a large number of smaller "handyman" type tasks that we didn't have the skills for from building a gate on our back deck, to creating upscale lattice to go under the deck, to install numerous ceiling fans, smoke detectors, door handles, deadbolt locks, etc. He is a very well-rounded contractor, with an eye for design, and a can-do attitude!

Joe Smith and crew did an exceptional job. Excellent work and expertise in multiple disciplines of redecorating and remodeling throughout the house including painting, trim work, tile laying, electrical, and plumbing in addition to general handyman installations of lighting, toilet tank kits, sinks, faucets, attachment of cabinet/shelving to walls, etc. It's refreshing to find someone who not only wants to please the customer but himself as well. Joe has very high standards and will not finalize a job until he is satisfied. My wife and I highly recommend Smith Brothers Design for your repair, upgrade, or update needs!

Kristen and Joe did an amazing job on our project. They researched options and provided the best and most cost-effective solution to re-cover the insulation in our building, and did a beautiful paint job on the walls.
