Smith Heating sent Conan out to our house to look at our furnace after another guy had checked it over and basically deemed it unsafe and red taped it after supposed cracked heat exchangers had been detected. The outlook was not good as we were experiencing extensive subzero temperatures that week. Conan looked over our furnace and was able to diagnose a circuit panel issue, not cracked heat exchangers. Replaced it quickly and had our furnace up and running in less than an hour! Cannot thank these guys enough for sending out a professional, polite and amazing technician who was down to earth and explained the overall process, making a homeowner feel secure in their decision making over sensitive matters, and no less in a very cold time of the year! Furnace was not functioning. Called Smith Htg. late morning to get on the schedule. They had a very pleasant Furnace Doctor at my house early afternoon. Dr. Was very knowledgeable and had me up and running in short order. Smith Htg. has rescued me in the past, and they have always been fast and efficient. Thank you Smith Htg.
