Sylvander Heating

Furnace died and I called Sylvander as they'd serviced it previously. James arrived one hour after my call and diagnosed the issue. As repair was about 33% of the cost of a new one, we reviewed options and decided to replace it. Crew showed up at 730 and by noon, it was up and running. Sylvander also filed with Excel for a rebate. From start to finish it was less than 18 hours. Price was decent as well. Really professional company and nice people as well. They covered all the carpeting and when it was over, not a mark or stain in sight. Highly recommend.

They installed a new AC and heat pump system to replace my aging (and leaking) attic AC installation. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They helped me select an appropriate unit and walked me through all the pros and cons as well as the financial aspects. There were a couple of technical hiccups along the way but Sylvander immediately took ownership of them and addressed each issue promptly. I am very satisfied with their service.
