Needed sewer drain line uprooted and repaired. Johnny and Caleb did a perfect job digging up the area where Jarrod had determined the problem was. They removed and replaced the damaged pvc pipe and removed the culprit foliage that caused the problem. Smith's Plumbing has done work before for our home and they have never let us down. Very professional, fair, honest, and pleasant service received from from the whole team, starting with Nicole and Megan.

We recently moved to Tallahassee, so when we realized that we had two outside faucets that were dripping (thanks to Leon County Utilities text at 3:30 am on 2/3/26 :P) I asked a neighbor who to call and he immediately said, "Smith Plumbing - they're good people". My water heater went out on Sunday. Smith Plumbing had it replaced for me on Wednesday at a reasonable price. Very easy to deal with and I really appreciated their quick turn around. I will definitely use them again.

Within the last month I had Smith Plumbing install a new water heater. While at my home, Corey noticed my water pressure was very high, and a few weeks later, he installed a new PRV.
