Exceptional customer service! I called the company in the early morning regarding my well pump no longer working, which I knew would need to be replaced, and within a few hours Brandon and Savannaugh showed up to start on the project. Brandon confirmed my expectations and they went right to work replacing the well pump. Both of them were a pleasure to talk to and they explained the well pump replacement process. They represented the company professionally, through teamwork, communications, and a genuine regard for helping customers. Thanks.

Quick to act, and got the job done. Transparent about costs. Saturday night we suddenly had no water. I feared the worst. They called me back the same night, and promised to be out the next day. Nick came down as promised, diagnosed the problem and had everything back up and running within 2 hours. Would 100% recommend.

Smith Pump is a professionally run outfit. Sure there might be a hiccup or two along the way but the owner Steve is very responsive, and also fair and honest. The foreman Steve sent to manage my job (Nate) was also excellent. While perhaps not the cheapest option, Smith wins on total value.

Highly, highly recommend. Small businesses are the foundation of customer service, and Smith Pump Co is no exception. After our well riser was accidentally hit during an excavation product (completely separate company from Smith!), Steve was at our doorstep to assess the damage within hours of my call and beautifully juggled the needs of our excavation company with his crew's availability. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of (pun intended!). His crew arrived promptly, knew exactly what they were doing and were professional, knowledgeable, flexible and compassionate the entire way through.

After a week of dealing with well and pump issues, re-priming it about 5000 times, and thinking we’d tried everything, we finally called Smith Pump, and honestly, I’m so glad we did. From the very first call, everyone was so kind and helpful. Steve and the ladies in the office were amazing. They are so nice and patient, even when I probably sounded totally frazzled. And then Steve, the owner himself, came out, made time for us, and got our pump up and running fast. You could tell he really knew what he was doing, and he didn’t waste a minute. Bottom line: If you’re dealing with well pump issues, don’t wait like we did—just call Smith. They were professional, friendly, and truly a pleasure to work with.
