Smith & Sons - Construction

Met with Christian from Smith & Sons today and he was so quick with coming to the site and following up with an estimate. He was very understanding of the urgency of our repairs, very professional, and kind. Insurance agent followed up with a different vendor, but we would not hesitate to use Smith & Sons in the future!

Wow bought a house they were rebuilding after a fire. Christian never finished the work and stopped returning calls though they’d been paid. I would steer clear of this company. I’ve had to track down his subs and they say that he does that to a lot of clients.

When life felt hopeless and overwhelming after my house fire on the 500 block of mercury May 6, 2012, Smith and Sons where there to help me through everything. Over the next few months they walked me through every step and rebuilt my home. They also took care of my personal belongings that needed cleaning. I couldn't be happier with my home!!! It is amazing.....

Terrible, slow and downright ignored us after their work failed in about 6 months. We called them over and over to come back. They took over 6 months to re-repair what they did not take care of correctly the first time, and it was the simplest thing!!! I would not recommend.

Worked with this company for a week, they are good and get the job done right.
