Highly recommend this company. We were in the process of installing a new boiler and that company let us know we didn’t have a liner in our chimney and needed one. We didn’t have heat so it was an urgent situation. Called Smokestack and we had Neil come out and complete an estimate same day and then Neil and Mike came out the next day and installed it for us so our boiler could be completed so we could have heat. Less than 24hrs of a phone call and they were able to help. I was shown photos of the before and after of the chimney and they left my backyard clean with no debris. Neil was respectful and knowledgeable. I can’t thank them enough!

You couldn't ask for a better business for your chimney needs. All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They came out the same day to inspect and sweep my chimney and two days later the owner, Brian, and Greg came out to install the liner. I think it says a lot about a company when the owner pitches in to help. There service is quick and they give the customer a great experience. Cindy T
