Smoot Landscaping blew me away with their quality of work and compassion for members of their community! I started a DIY landscaping project at our commercial property in Muncie and started my interaction with Smoot Landscaping by requesting a same day delivery for a rather large load of mulch. When their technician arrived, he quickly identified that the project I was working on was far too large for one person to complete and would probably take me weeks to do on my own. They then came out within another 30 minutes of the mulch delivery and helped me cut out the sod on our property that I was attempting to do on my own. Still baffled by the large amount of manual labor that was left in the project and seeing me try my best to tackle it on my own, the technician asked Aaron, the company

Transformed our yard in 2021 and we continue to have them do a spring clean up and mulch for us. Smoot came in and cleaned up the old liner and debris from recently removed bushes around our house. They recommended and planted some plants and flowering bushes. Installed rock to guide drainage to the yard. We had them come out again this year for spring cleanup, new mulch and a few more bushes. They are always helpful with recommendations on plants, mulch, rock placement, etc. We could not be happier with their service. Jesse and everyone is so helpful and the work is excellent. We continue to use yearly.

This is horrible. Over the past week my father in law had dirt delivered . The driver covers the drain pipe that needs to be undone so the yard don't flood . Then all the dirt get put in the wrong spot after he ran over the barrier that was put up by the company that was installing the rock . Thanks to them my father in law had to pay extra money . He had to pay extra thousand to the landscaping people dude to there driver being late and inability to drive the truck where it needs to go . May 20 2024 we was told 830 for rock nope 930 . Never use this company again

We recently built a new house and researched all the landscaping businesses in Muncie. We contacted each one and Smoot was the first to respond (within 2 hours!) and only one to respond within a week. Jesse came out and provided us with a clear estimate within a few days of visiting and allowed us to have input on his design based on our budget and preferences. His crew spent several long days at our home (always arriving exactly at 8:00am) and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. The crew was always professional, clean, and considerate. Their attention to every detail is second to none. We went from a dirt lot to a beautifully landscaped home in 4 days. We recommend anyone who wants elite level customer service and superior results to give Smoot a call.
