I had an outstanding experience with Sneed Appliance Service in Johnston County, NC! I called in the morning for an appliance install, and by the afternoon, the job was completed. Their team was prompt, professional, and highly efficient, converting the appliance in no time. The service was excellent, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend Sneed Appliance Service for their quick response and top-quality work!

My repair technican was awesome! (I don't remember his name, sorry) He was on time, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he had the spare part that was needed for the job and fixed my microwave in one go. I'm very pleased with Sneed electrical and would definitely recommend them :) thank you!!

I don't like to leave bad reviews. I usually try to give the benefit of the doubt. I was having trouble with water leaking on to the floor from our refrigerator due to drain line clogged. Repair man came out and cleaned the drain line and dumped ice build up in sink. He was at the house less then a half hour and charged $120 for just labor. He told me that the repair had a warranty. The problem was not fixed and refrigerator is still leaking. Company would not pick up phone. Called several times and left voicemail but no response. I guess they received their money and moved on to the next. Update March 8th, 2021: The owner of the company contacted me and set up a time to remedy the issue. He made good on his promise and all is well. I would recomend this company.

I have been waiting for my dishwasher to be repaired since 11/6/22 (67 days ago). I was assigned Sneed through my warranty company and they have been less than helpful. They first came to the house on 11/23. I opened the door and said “hi, how are you?” and he walked inside saying “where is the dishwasher”, no hello or introducing himself. He ordered a part, which was delivered to me and then I had to call to schedule a second visit. On the second visit on 12/5, the tech said “I knew this wasn’t going to be the right part” - then why did you order it? At that point, he stated that the dishwasher needed to be replaced because they can’t fix the part that is needed. He said that he would let American Home Shield know and that they will follow up with me. I never heard back from either Snee

My experience with Sneed Electrical has been less than great. I am working with them through American Home Shield and three months later, my dishwasher is still broken! Their staff continues to order the incorrect part, a simple part I might add. When the repairman arrived to "repair" the dishwasher on the second attempt, he didn't even know what he was here to repair!
