Snohomish County Parking Garage

Attended the Jordan Peterson event at Angel of the Winds Arena on Sat 2/19/2023. The event facility was nice and well staffed by helpful and courteous personnel. But, parking at the Snohomish County Parking Garage was a shock! Cars were lined up at entrances for what seemed like a half hour and the reason for delay was not apparent. Someone who claimed to be an attendant was stationed outside and was asking for $30 cash to enter. At first we thought it was a scam since parking is usually done via a ticket machine inside the garage; and, you pay on exiting. Furthermore, parking in a similar Seattle parking garage cost only $9 for a similar event the week before. We use this garage for every Silvertips hockey game. Since day 1 of the opening season, the parking price has been extremely reasonable! Easy entry and exit, plenty of parking and so convenient to the arena!

I would give a 5 star for the convenience, price and availability in the area. I recently took my 3 little kids to paw patrol live in the evening at angel of the winds and when it ended the elevators would not work and we could not get back into the garage without quiet the adventure to the front where you drive your car in. It was almost dark, exhausted kids and just me as mom and 3 Littles girls not well lit or directions how to get back in the garage to your vehicle made me a little uncomfortable. Otherwise good parking garage option and will know for further times I park there.

It was during a silvertips game. So entry was long and exiting was worse. I went early and still had to fight for a space.

I parked 1 hour and 20 mins and should be charge $4, and I looked at the bullet board at the exit it shows $4 as well. But when I drive back home I found my credit card has been charged $14 !!! Anyone who where I can get this wrong charge fixed and get my money back???
