SoCal Flood Restoration & Design

We have use SoCal Flood Restoration & Design... twice. They are that good. Our first experience was after the bathroom, vanity, and bedroom of our townhome was flooded from a slab-leak from our neighbor's property. They managed everything with a fully transparent process. Refreshing. After they arranged for asbestos testing, dry-out and remediation, they worked with my wife to develop the remodel. They then installed new flooring cabinetry, bathroom plumbing, wall texture and painting, electrical... everything. Just as she wanted it. And no surprises. Pinhole leak behind the wall which flooded the whole kitchen.  From the very first visit, the guys at SoCal Flood were prompt, professional and extremely courteous.  They even helped us open up the claim and walk us through the whole insurance process!   The mitigation was done quickly and Borna, the project manager, kept us well informed the whole time, explaining what they were doing and why it was needed.  After mitigation, we kept them on to do with the reconstruction work and our kitchen was put back together as good as new!  Extremely happy with them, would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
