Amazing place! Customer service is out of this world! I accidentally broke my Softwash wand driving the highway some how and by the grace of God I was blessed to have the sweetest lady come in and open up just for me to get the part because I had some jobs that day. Can’t express my gratitude enough, I will definitely be doing more business here!

If you need your roof clean and refurbished this is the company you need to call. Also for driveways and sidewalks you won't regret having this cleaned by softwash. The whole staff are remarkable and very caring your satisfied.

I've had 48 solar panels on my roof for over 3 yrs. They were getting pretty dirty with tree sap, pollen & bird drops. I was hesitant to clean them w/my pressure washer to avoid damaging them. I saw a SoftWash flyer & called Megan who manages their Sanford office. Mark came to my house to explain their system, equipment & products used; evaluate the job; & give me a cost estimate. He was very helpful & answered all my questions. The price was within my budget & I signed up. Two SoftWash techs came with their SoftWash Truck, Hoses, Safe Chemicals, & SoftBrush. They worked on each solar panel & went over them all twice. Once dry, they were sparkling clean. Very Happy, & I'm sure I'll use them again.

Five stars for Colin and his assistant. Made my house look brand new! So professional and competent. Couldn’t be happier!
