Solar Manager

The third time's the charm! This is the 3rd time they've degraded and berated me. Today, October 27, 2025, at 9:15 AM, a vile, rude, disgusting man named Jose called me about a missed payment. However, I have autopay, and Solar Manager employees have told me that not just on my account, but on several accounts, the credit card processor they use is not processing the payments. I was & am willing to pay my bill; however, it is past my pay period, so I have to wait to be paid again. Jose asked a very invasive & rude question that had no bearing on me paying, "So, you haven't worked since August?" I told him that I would not answer that question. So he said, "So, you're refusing to pay your bill?" I do not understand how refusing to answer an irrelevant question is a refusal to pay! When I s

They will charge your random fees, that make NO sense. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company is horrible. They don’t answer your calls. They increase your bills every year for the next 15 years.

I thought a house with this co Many panels on it they are terrible , they turned an 80 dollar winter bill into 200 plus adding a late charge for a few days late. They also damaged my roof extreme bad when installing stay away from this company . Zero stars

Terrible service...do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for solar. The sad thing is i have to give them one star to post
