We hired him for simple repairs before deciding not to use him for bigger projects. We ended up having to call a different handy man to come in and repair the work that solopro did. He is not mean nor rude but probably over estimates his skill level? He reschedules a lot but does eventually show up so if you use them make sure you have time to wait around.

Tim was so kind, on time, and honest- I needed a repair and when we found out the price, he suggested that I just buy a new fridge instead. I really appreciate the honesty, as someone could have told me something different and I probably would have believed it and paid more than I should have. Thanks, Tim!
