I am very pleased with the Solutions guys, especially Ronny. I ordered two separate products from them on different dates. I received the latter first, but the other got lost at the Atlanta mail facility. These guys made good on it. They have been excellent communicators… they both texted me and emailed me as soon as they knew there was a problem. I am very happy with their quality of service and their honesty. Also, their price was very competitive. I’ll be back.

After the email confirmation being lost I called the company. They were very helpful and sent the delivery info to a more reliable server and as promised I received the pro patch fungicide product on time. Thank you for dealing with a slight hiccup in a prompt professional manner 👍🏼

I placed an order for three items but only received two. I contacted them within an hour of the package being delivered them to let them know that one of the items was missing. They asked me to take pictures of the box, shipping label and the contents, etc., which I did. Then later I get a message saying that from their investigation, the item that I was missing was shipped and they would not be replacing it. I actually thought it was a joke. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I had them delete my account. I’m not surprised by of all the one stars as there seems to be a pattern……

I ordered 2 battery operated sprayers 1 21v backpack and a 12.6v handheld from them. Both sprayers stopped working after being used a couple of times. Their customer service was of no help.

This is a warehouse only.. Solutions sell chemicals to the public through internet only. They are loosing $$$ not having a store front in the warehouse. Bought on Amazon instead.. BTW, this is not a knock the quality of product they stock.
