We have had only good experiences at Soo Mill, especially when picking up the materials because they are very attentive and careful when handling the materials. However, the cashiers sometimes put in the wrong items at times but that's just one small thing.. Thank you for taking care of your clients!

Absolutely terrible ignorant customer service. I called to talk about a large flooring project i have and I had every intention of buying all the flooring at Soo Mill but NOT happening now after being spoken to so rudely. I wish I had gotten her name. She lost you a large sale. I will be sure to let everyone I know how I was treated.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, I can always find someone there to help with anything I need. Product and installation advice, hardware, materials, even paint matching. They went above and beyond when I was looking for an item that they were out of stock of, but by some miracle were able to find it for me. Best staff ever!
