I haven't sent a review from anyone before but I felt the need to do so here. The customer service was very poor. They would say to return my call but never would. I had to wait 12 weeks for my garage door that was only to take 5 weeks. I was told it would match my existing door it did not. I now have a two car garage that don't have matching doors. I rated a two and not a zero only because the insulation once I got the door was good.

Called to have a motor, new mounts and rails installed all of which were done to my satisfaction and the worker, David, was extremely pleasant, friendly, and had great communication. Very happy with the work and will recommend to others. I felt the pricing was also very fair!

The service tech was here the same day, knew exactly what was wrong. At first said it would take some time to order the part, but then had one in his truck. Total inspection and fix took about 40 minutes. Great and quick service. Being on the US side the only complaint I had was that the website was confusing to get to the American side part of the company as this company is mainly based in Canada.
