Soot-N-Such Chimney Sweep

James absolutely goes above and beyond to do a great job cleaning chimneys. The photos of the fireplace he cleaned for me illustrate how good a job he dId removing the soot and stains.

I didn't realize how much build up we had until they showed us the before and after photos. Impressive work!

James was very professional and communication was great. Due to some car issues, he had to reschedule our appointment, but he contacted me right away. On our new appointment, he arrived on time, was professional and very efficient. He made sure to keep the area clean and he was in/out quicker than I had anticipated. I do recommend him for chimney sweep services. We are in the San Augustine area and he had no problem driving out from Nacogdoches.

He also stole from us. He did a good job cleaning the chimney, but we prepaid for an ash door and he never returned and never returned our money. If you must use him and reward his thievery, don't prepay for anything.

I was impressed the first time I used James. My son had him come get birds out of his chimney. Paid him. A couple of days later the birds are back. Now he won't answer or return calls
