Sorensen Air

Michael was the best, as were all the guys who worked on our A/C system replacement. We were given clear, easily understandable explanations, no unwanted surprises, and excellent results. Our new system is a great improvement to the old one. They did the entire demo and furnace + A/C replacement in one long day! I appreciated the extra work the guys did, especially taking out some old, unused pool equipment to emplace the new unit properly. Top-notch recommendation.

Sorensen Air came out in July and August of this year for no cold air. First visit, I thought everything went well. But the second visit, the bill was for over $1K and I was told that the heater will not work with the newly replaced part. When I asked for into about this part, I was told Lennox 19V36 - sold for $230 on Amazon. This meant more than $800 for the labor to replace a $230 part. Plus, I was told that I need a new condenser and a new furnace. It is true that the units are 20-years old. But Sorensen's explanation just didn't add up and I got a second more competent and credible opinion. Maybe this price gouging was one off for Sorensen Air, but if you decide to use them - it would probably be worthwhile to seek a second opinion.
