I'd give a ten negative stars if I could. Absolute HORRIBLE company from start to finish. The movers showed up 2 hours late outside the arrival window. The packing job was terrible, they didn't have shrink wrap or plastic bags to wrap the mattress'. What kind of moving company fails to have supplies? They had no idea how to pack large items of which I paid extra. Then, on top of all that they changed the delivery date for my out of state move. I signed a contract with a specific delivery window to be sure I received my items prior to starting my new job. It cost me a fortune to stay in a hotel due to their delay. Our move with Sorensen was fantastic! The process was stress free and Neil and Juan were wonderful. The reason for the move was difficult for our family, and I had to make some last minute adjustment to the move plan, but Neil and Juan reacted to our "on the fly" requests with understanding and compassion. I highly recommend Sorensen moving. Markus, Neil, and Latravius were very respectful and treated our furniture with care. Each piece of furniture was wrapped before moving and they took care to protect the floors and door frames.

Justyn helped explain everything in thoughtful detail to set expectations on the process and answered all of our questions on the original quote, and helped us secure all of the boxes we needed. Charleen communicated the schedule, timing, and logistics every step of the way. The moving crew (Marcus, Trey, Neal, and Juan) worked tremendously hard, efficiently, and with great care to pack us up and unload us into our new home.
