Don and his crew are professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. This is the first home I've owned with a septic system and also the first time I had to have the system pumped. Don is very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the process and gave advice about my system. I was also very appreciative that he came out the next business day after I called. I called Don at SOS Septic on a holiday weekend because our septic system was backing up. He was prompt and friendly, and talked us through how to clean the septic filter ourselves so the system would drain. I'll definitely be calling him when it's time to pump out the tank--and hopefully NOT on a holiday weekend!

Septic system was full and we needed an emergency pump out. Rich sold this business, but Don, the new owner is fantastic! He came right over and was so great to deal with. No crazy upcharges like other companies. I will always use them from now on!
