Our Landlord hired Brandon and his dad Ronnie to give us a new AC unit. These guys have been working around the clock for us. We had a huge rainstorm that never even phased them. They have called me numerous times to ask questions and get updates when our installation was at a standstill due to other issues unrelated to them. Ronnie being in his 70’s and STILL working, was extremely informative and his son who now taken over the business has just as much advice to give. All the way down to which filters to use. Their drive to help other people is incredible. I couldn’t ask for more professional guys to get the job done. Although we are renters, when we do buy a home, they will be the first one we call.

I don’t know how to put into words how great these guys are. They were quick to respond and even quicker with getting our new AC unit installed. We had a major rain storm during installation and that didn’t slow them down an ounce. Super professional and transparent with everything. They stayed from sun up to sun down making sure that everything was done the right way. The only thing I can’t speak on is their pricing due to us being renters.

After waiting 4 days on another HVAC company, I contacted Brandon and he was out there the next day. He fixed my unit. He let me know what was wrong and even sent pics while I was working. Went above and beyond. Will definitely use again in the future.

My HVAC went out on Sunday. It was so hot! I messaged Sosebee Heating and Air and they were here bright and early the next day to fix things for us. Great service and prices! I will always recommend them.
