I have been doing business with Brandon and Southeastern for 15 years. That says enough really. But these people are always helpful, honest, and accommodating. They deliver materials sooner than I need them, always give me fair prices, and go above and beyond to get what I need if they don't have it right away. I consider them friends now, and not just a vendor. Great owners and staff.

Now I understand why contractors parts are so expensive. They get ripped off by places like this. Went in looking for a Moen 1222 replacement cartridge ($46) at big box store. Was quoted $75 at first then he made a show of rechecking when I balked and said $55. Also wanted $20 for another part (interior of shower handle) I later found out the handle plus part was $21 at same box store. Thought I would be getting a price cut at a wholesale supply store not gouged. Update: Since they didn't bother to respond i guess they don't care and are happy to continue to rip unsuspecting people off
