When my heating/cooling system stopped working, he responded quickly, arrived on time, and treated my home with the utmost respect. Matt, was exceptional. He took the time to clearly explain the issue, walk me through the options, and provide honest recommendations without any pressure. After being without heat for a week this team came thru. They were efficient , honest, neat and cleaned up everything. The fab 4 Matt, Travis, and Christian and the tall one were courteous and respectful of my property. They put throws down on the tile floor and stairs and basement floor. Matt the owner showed me the unit after install and explained all they did including replacing PVC pipes and putting the new unit on pegs off from the cement floor. The air cleaner was checked and sealed the cabinet better. All my warranties will be filed for me. South Lyon is very fortunate to have a business like this in our town. I will be forever grateful for their awesome work in my home.

I've been using South Lyon Heating and cooling for about 6 years. They're always wonderful. Travis has been out to help with my AC and Furnace many times. Both were over 20 years old and he helped me keep them going as long as possible until I finally could afford to replace them. These guys are honest and very fairly priced. I've never had a less than steller experience with this company. Highly recommend!

I woke up at 1:40 AM. this morning, shivering from the cold. I discovered the furnace was not working! It was horrible... I got in touch with South Lyon Heating and Cooling and set up an appointment. Their people were very helpful, knowledgeable, POLITE, thorough and good at explaining what they were doing to fix my furnace! The company workers solved the issues quickly and explained to me what had caused the issue. They were very prompt, clean, and SKILLED. Their price was very reasonable... I definately recommend them and will call them if I ever need help again!!! THANKS GUYS .

I have been using South Lyon Heating and Cooling for a few years for annual furnace and AC checks. All of the technicians have been polite, knowledgeable, and professional. The person who answers the phone is also friendly and polite. My technician this time is named Christian. He is an asset to their team. He took the time to explain what an inducing motor is and what it does, along with the igniter, and explained it in a sincere and friendly way. Along with his technical knowledge, his customer service skills are a strength as well. At yesterday's inspection, Christian explained that my inducing motor was rattling and on its way out, and that both the inducing motor and igniter typically last 5 years. My furnace is 11 years old with the original parts, so I decided to replace the ignit
