South Mountain Mechanical Contractors

I cannot recommend South Mountain enough. They worked very hard to get our heat fixed. They even came to inspect it while we weren't home because we were on vacation. Other companies would not do that. They have great communication. They know who you are as soon as you give them your name. They know what your issue is and what still needs to be done. Even though we had to go without heat while the custom part was ordered, they got out to us within a couple of hours after they received it. The service guys are very friendly and easy to talk to. None of them minded my crazy, loud hound dogs. When a company says, "we'll bill you", that's my kind of company. Definitely give them a call for any service!

While they are quick to come out there are not very professional. They send unrequested quotes that seem absorbently high than when you ask for a breakdown they tell you they don't tell the customer the details of the quote and the price is the price. This seems very not honest. Add the fact that there prices are crazy high compared to bigger more reputable companies and I don't understand there business model. Update: i reviewed on my personal account but they were called for a business. In business getting a few quotes is customary especially for a restaurant and especially one from a restaurant group.

The technician performed a preventive maintenance servicing on our boiler. As always the technician arrived at the scheduled time, was courteous, explained everything that was being done, and left no mess behind. We have used South Mountain Mechanical for nearly 20 years and have never had a bad experience with them.

I have used South Mountain just a couple of times to address a few of my prep cooler equipment at several of my Smoothie Kings and they were very professional and quick to respond and diagnose the problems. I am very happy they were able to solve my problems quickly and completely. Thank you!

Called for commercial service. Very quick and easy service- needed temperature adjusted on my walk in cooler. Was scheduled for 9:30am, didn’t show til after 12:00 (after I called office). Tech was nice, showed me how to do it for next time. Was there less than 20 minutes. I was billed for an hour long of services. After questioning it, my invoice was adjusted appropriately.
