This company is a perfect example of what happens when businesses in Jackson get too comfortable with demand: poor service, no accountability, and zero respect for your time. I originally called just to pick up some dirt in my truck, but decided to have them deliver a larger load instead, hoping that would speed things up. Big mistake. They told me someone would deliver that afternoon. Then the next morning. Then the next day. Finally, they said they’d deliver the morning of the 4th of July—so I planned my day around it. They never showed, never followed up, and just completely stopped responding. It’s now been almost two weeks and I still haven’t heard a word. This was around a $300 order—not huge, but not nothing either. If this is how they treat smaller customers, it says a lot. I c

Used this company multiple times for personal and work projects. Ry’s Customer service and extensive knowledge is above and beyond. Their dedication and honest approach to ensure their customers are receiving best products and service at allocated budget is truly amazing. They have gone out of their way to helped me with very short turn around projects and I always appreciate the professional and hard working approach they seem to always follow. Too bad these guys don't follow through! We purchased some firewood from South Park Nursery. When they delivered I was skeptical that they provided what I purchased. I stacked it and sure enough it was less then the cubic footage that it should of been. I called and pleaded my case offering them to swing by ( I live 5 min away from their yard) to measure for themselves. They said they would deliver some additional wood to make up for the shortage. They said by the end of next week. I said thanks and no problem. Two weeks went by and no firewood. I called and they said shortly. Nope! Its been over a month and nothing from these guys. I will take my business elsewhere next time.

These Guys are great! Always take care of my plowing early in the day and makes our lives super easy. Our Driveway is also pretty challenging and they do a great job. Have used them in the summer for our trees as well for years. They are on top of their game and keep me updated on when I need to fertilize and such. One less thing for me to keep track of. Nothing but love for this hard working crew!
