Southshore Tree was very responsive to my request to trim and shape trees along the property line. I received a very fair estimate and a timely commitment to come and do the work. They arrived on the day agreed upon, worked diligently and came to me when one tree showed significant rot at the core and truly presented a potential hazard to property and potentially people. Jeff, the owner, immediately modified the scope to include the tree removal and adjusted the price, I would say very fairly, relative to the original work scope, and immediately proceeded. Additional equipment was brought to the site, that day, and the tree was removed, quickly and efficiently.
