Dan, Colton, Daniel, Kristy and the crew are fantastic! They helped us get our new gas freestanding stove delivered and installed (Jøtel) under a bit of a time crunch with the late February storms and were so knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Daniel and Colton did the install and were timely, helpful and kept everything clean. I highly recommend this business and kudos to the new owners, Dan and Kristy, for a job well done!

We have been customers of South Y Fireplace since our remodel back in 2000 in South Lake Tahoe. At that time the original owners were wonderful and we were pleased with all our purchases. In 2006 we built a home in Gardnerville and again, purchased a stove from SYF. Great service, but since they did not install, the fireplace was compromised and we didn't use it for 12+ years. Just last month we reached out to Fireplace Service and Repair (the FP service business that now owns SYF) and their stellar tech did everything in his power to get our old stove up and running again, but alas, it failed.
