Richard was able to put together the perfect 550 chip box package for my small company. Even though we are in a pandemic the truck was completed with in the estimated build time. Without any added costs This truck will definitely help us grow and we are more than thrilled to work with Sothco again in the near future.

I really like the product but customer service is absolutely terrible. I was told 14 weeks to get a body installed and was told not to call during those 14 weeks to bother them with updates. After 30 weeks I finally got an update and after about 34 weeks the truck showed up. During this 34 weeks of Limbo I saw Southco at a trade show and asked how long it takes to get a truck built. Guess what the answer was? 14 weeks, I couldn't believe it. It must be the default answer there. NEVER AGAIN!!

I ordered a truck in February for an April delivery. Today is June 6th. I've been calling and leaving messages for Richard to call me back about when my truck will be ready. No one will return my call. I have bought many truckis from Southco in the past but will definitely be buying from someone else in the future

Bad customer service and the product (22k) MP12 body had a rookie paint job and a number of bad welds but the real problem is that after they sold me on the new lock system for the lockers I’ve been struggling to get them to work- multiple hours grinding steel etc! Clearly the quality control has drastically deteriorated. Update- 2 seasons in and having wiring problems with the dump body hoist- I emailed South Co and got nothing -
