I'm a 8 year resident of Columbia Garden Apartments for senior and disabled accommodations. I am currently being evicted from my parking stall,without provisions for alternative solutions for disabled residents. This decision from SEED, handed down through Coast mgrmt. By December 1st. In the middle of winter.
