Rick & Jill Puplava @ SE Inspection Services saved my wife and I close to $75k. We were 100% ready to pull the trigger before Rick went under the crawl space and noticed water pooling up in the vapor barrier. Long story short, turns out the seller had "saved some money" on the installation. Moisture had permeated the sub-floor and walls, with some areas of the home showing an abnormally high moisture reading. Rick earned his fee on that one. Great guy, great work, great investment.
