We bought our home back in February of this year. Had it inspected and damage was noted (photos attached). It took us a few months to figure out who originally did the work-(this company) and we called and spoke to Tim. He said at the time he would come out and take a look--then we never heard anything despite repeated calls and texts. Contract was with a previous owner. I guess technically we are not under warranty, but really, should one expect this kind of damage due to shoddy workmanship within a few years? We had no choice but to go thru another roofer to fix the problem--and the cost will probably exceed 35k. So yes we were aware of the damage when we bought it but you would think these guys would be professional enough to address it and stand by it. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. If the own

Not sure what happened to this company. They were great up until December of 2019. Prior to December of 2019 you could get a quick response and work was performed on time at a decent price. Tim and his crew had less than a days work to finish my installation and since disappeared. One of his crew members asked to collect the balance of the job and said they would be back the next morning to wrap things up. 4 months later I’m still waiting for them to finish as they are paid in full. The owner has gone AWOL. Phone calls and text messages go unanswered. Based on a review from a month ago this seems to be a trend with this company. I reached out to a general contractor that referred me to this company to see if he has experienced issues. The answer I was given is he’s not using him anymore.

Our roof is still under warranty but we can't get the guy to come back and fix a place that's leaking. It was NOT leaking anywhere before the new shingles were put on, but afterwards the first hard rain we had 4 different leaks. They worked on it 2 or 3 times, and 3 places haven't leaked anymore. I've called and left messages, even posted on his Facebook Business page, and he deleted my posts. He doesn't return calls or apparently stand behind his work. We've been very disappointed in him/his company after the great impression he made on us at first.

We bought a house where the roof was to be replaced as a condition of closing. Unfortunately the previous owners used this “company” to do the work. 4 months after moving in we’ve had leaks in various places throughout the house. In some areas water was just pouring in. He came out once and looked at it, told us he had to get some tools and he would be back and we haven’t seen him since. That was months ago. He texted my wife back after she tried contacting him and he said he wasn’t coming back because she “looked down on him” while he was here. Use this company at your own peril because this guy is as shady as they get and the work performed will be shoddy at best. We hired a real roofer to come fix all of the garbage that this guy left behind. It’s cost us thousands... nothing that Tim

Southeastern put a metal roof on our house in June and we can not be happier. There crew is so hard working and went above and beyond. I still can't believe they did the job in just two days. The first day they came at 7:00 am and didn't leave until 8:30 that night. Not to mention how dang hot it was. We had gotten several appraisals and they had the best price. They were even cheaper than shingles that one company appraised us. I will never use anyone else!!! Thank you guys again. We LOVE our roof and all the neighbors are considering getting one now.
