Choosing Southerly Homes for our new home build was hands down the best choice for our family. Whether it was choosing one of their plans to a custom build like ours, they delivered a top in class quality home. Taft communicates consistently and clearly,never leaving us to wonder where we were in the process.

I found out about Southerly Homes through a friend in Atlanta. I hired them to do some renovations in my kitchen and overall had a great experience with them. Their work is high quality but I especially liked their responsiveness. Taft and Lance went above and beyond with me and had a way of distilling the information down so that I could fully understand the process. Overall, it was a quick process, and I know I can count on them for future work.

Horrible builders who do not honor their warranty. They have simply ignored our requests. There is a hole in our kitchen under the flooring. Refuse to even discuss this issue although shared multiple times before warranty ended. Do not choose them. You will regret it.

Every time I have a home builder question, they always know the answer. Professional, quick, and super helpful.
