Southern Air is a great company. When we've had heating or AC issues, we simply call. A REAL person answers the phone. Everyone is polite and helpful. A technician is usually available within 24 hiurs. The technician knows the business...efficient, knowledgeable, and gets the job done.

My heat pump seemed to go out . We called the fire department, had to shut it off. I called southern air residential, within an hour the technician arrived. Efrain Moreno came and did an amazing job checking the system thoroughly. He didn’t try to sell. He explained really well what happened, so i understood. My heat pump worked when he left.
