Southern California Edison Covina S/C

On April 30, 2024 at 9am Edison contractors trespassed onto my property. My side gates were locked and they unscrewed one of my side gates. We were never informed that worked was going to be done nor was a date scheduled. I emailed and called Anthony Valenzuela from the Edison San Dimas location with no response. This is not good business practice. I have not received a response from Anthony. My voice message asked that a supervisor contact me and I have not heard from a supervisor. Edison needs to do better with their customer service. I hope this reaches someone at Edison.

Edison customer service sucks now!!!! All of their offices are closed to the public and all questions and transfer of service must be done on line and good luck getting through if you try calling anyone!!!! 😔😭😕

Had power outage couldn't get thru, had to send them an email to notify me as to when will it be resolved. Can't get a live person to help anymore.

Could not get a straight answer on length of power outage in my area
