The Waterway Cove HOA in Ocean Isle Beach hired Southern Coast Power Washing for a community-wide scrubbing of all sidewalks and curbs. We have 10,000 linear feet of sidewalks and even more curb lengths. They did a fabulous job and were very thorough and conscientious. Whenever we saw areas for touch-ups, they gladly went back to those areas to clean them. From the moment I spoke with Brandi, who runs the office, I knew we were dealing with a highly professional, reliable company! Their primary power washer, Joseph, was an absolute delight to work with. It's clear he loves his job and wanted to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. So Dylan and his crew mate was just truly amazing people they were suppose to show up at noon and they called in the morning asked if they can come early I had no problem with it ,I thought it was cool that they had time to do that in there busy schedule, and if we couldn’t they had no problem either way, the work was amazing the house looks brand new again it’s 2 years old and it was showing the dirt all over it.They came out and 1 hour later the house looks brand new again most importantly they were super professional, I will be definitely using them every 6 months for sure. Highly recommend them. Love great customer service they are the best
