We had a vision and a very large lanai and Southern Cross Tiki made it happen. Dave worked with us in the build. He explained how some things had to be because of the area but the end result was perfect.

We looked for over a year to find a company to re-thatch. It was easy to deal with the company online, and their workers finished the job in 6 hours. Plus they cleaned up after. I was super impressed with their efficiency and professionalism.

We had our tiki hut re-thatched and also paid an additional $200.00 to bug treat it. After the install we waited for someone to show up for the bug treatment because the owner said it had to be treated before it starts to turn brown. We kept calling and no response. It did turn brown and was full of bugs which is attracting lots of lizards crapping all over our table and deck. Bug company came twice to treat, but way to late. Every time it rains we get this brown staining all over our gray trex deck and his solution was for us to replace it at our cost. What the hell kind of racket do they have going on here. So disappointed with this company and will never use them again.

These guys are excellent. They came in discussed all of the options. They set the correct expectations upfront so there were no surprises. Our tiki was built in one day and they did an excellent job. I’m the fourth friend that has used these guys and so far 4 out of 4 satisfied customers.

Southern Cross rethatched my Hurricane Ian damaged Tiki. They did the most awesome , efficient, job. I have a large Tiki and the price was very reasonable, especially after a major hurricane. The crew of 10 tore off remaining and had the Tiki rethatched in 5 hrs, I couldn’t believe it. Highly recommended, for construction or rethach.
