I was in a pickle when I called late in the afternoon after being stood up all day by another vendor. Southern Electric sent a tech out within 45 minutes. He was very courteous and efficient, plus he completed the work in less than an hour. I will definitely be making my first call to them in the future!!

Highly recommend Southern Electric, we have used them for a few years now in our condo community for main panel replacements, when I decided to replace my unit electrical panel, they were the first company I called, Ken came out quickly to assess my panel and provided me with a competitive estimate, the replacement was scheduled quickly. Rafael & Emanuel were great! Arrived right at 8AM, very courteous asking if I was all set for my power to go out and worked really fast, I was anticipating all day to be without power and they were done late afternoon, great guys!

We hired Southern Electrical Services Company with confidence, based on their licensing, insurance, and company size. We expected professional service, but unfortunately, the project was terminated before completion due to a series of unacceptable issues that led to additional expenses on our end. We initially worked with Enrique during the estimate phase. He was responsive and patient in helping us scope out our full list of work items, and we appreciated that part of the process. However, the execution phase quickly revealed problems. Despite being a licensed contractor, no protective coverings were used throughout the house. I was dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Mat, who gave quotes, inaccurately claimed that I was not trying to pay the outstanding balance after the service. I contacted the company to inform the front desk lady that I had a zero balance and hadn't paid the remaining amount, and she said Mat would contact me. Unfortunately, Mat's demeanor was aggressive during our conversation.

Contacted to have a circuit ran in the home. Paid deposit (~$650). Called to have scheduled. “We can’t yet, need to handle permit” Contacted code enforcement officer for county, got a green light and copy of permit. 2 days later. Contacted southern electric again, “we can’t yet, need to handle permit” Contacted Permit office. “All they need to do is pay” Odd. What’s the hold up? Time is money. Asked for refund. Get the permit yourself ($25) and call Logan electric or chancellor. A shame I can move faster.
