My guestroom had sqeaky floor, cheap carpet installed in 2018 and the seller never addressed the problem. I contacted a few companies and only Southern Flooring Solutions got back to me next day. I explained it's only one room and I prefer repairing the floor board without replacing carpet. But after they gave me an estimate I decided to replace the carpet since company came to see the room and assured me they will let me walk on it to see if they get rid of the squeak (as much as they can), I chose the carpet, regular one, with good pad underneath. The final price is lower than the estimate and only 7 days they're ready to install. 2 workers showed up and took less than 2 hrs for 12'x15' room. No more squeak and they did a good job on connecting area where the hallway hit the guestroom.

I had the carpeting on my 2nd floor replaced *including stairs) and I am very pleased with how it went. Southern Flooring came out to give me an estimate quickly and once I decided on the color I wanted the order was placed and installed one week later. Everyone at Southern Flooring were very helpful and the installation crew worked hard and left it nice and clean! I would highly recommend Southern Flooring!
