I called for my mother one day not expecting such a quick response because most places "have to get back to you". David was able to provide answers, availability of parts/compressor, and prices within the day. I would highly recommend Southern Gulf and David to service your AC needs. Not only are they reliable but do so in a friendly, approachable and honest manner. Will use in the future for further HVAC needs. Thank you again!

Amazing people. From office staff Kim to Clayton, to David, Craig! They are always on time here for us, treat us like family, if I had a questions they would answer it! Hands down the best air conditioning company out there. They are super professional! We are still with them from the start of there company!

Great service!!! David was sent out by our home warranty company to service our AC unit when it stopped cooling properly and I cannot say thank you enough! We had another company service the unit two months prior with the same issue, and it was not nearly as great of an experience as the one with Southern Gulf Heating & Cooling. David was professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure he covered all the bases to get our unit back up and running. I really appreciated his attention to detail and could tell he takes pride in his job and the company. I will be requesting Southern Gulf Heating & Cooling for any future services we may need and would recommend them highly.

I called them in the morning, they managed to get to me and save the day only a few hours later! I wasn’t up charged or tried to be sold anything that wasn’t necessary. They even cleaned and serviced my unit while they were here. Definitely worth ever penny!

David did a great job on our heat pump. He found a couple things wrong. Prompt, professional, and on time.
