Truck #120 going 90mph in a 70mph zone that should be going 65. Dirty truck, too, with a clean "now hiring" sign. Must get whoever they can because they have other reviews talking about the drivers, as well as their craft. Enjoy another 1* for having the same issue 3 years later.

These guys have done two jobs for me so far. Their work was great, workers are resilient, and customer service was great. We did not have all of the cash in hand for the second job and they were absolutely willing to work with me. 10/10 would buy again.

Price was very fair. Service was good. Workers did as requested. The work was done to my satisfaction which for most seems hard to do. Only thing that didn’t go as planned was notice was short. I was called after the truck showed up at the property. I did get there quickly and the work was done so no harm really. There is room for improvements in company communications.

Terrible service, no supervision of off the street person they hired to install the insulation. The company Southern sends out a salesman you sign the contract and you never hear from him again. The installer had a cigarette in his mouth the entire time dropping ashes all over I feared he would start a fire in my attic. I had to call them back to clean up.
