They are gifted with horrible service. There a a couple of good people there but the the rotten eggs spoil the whole batch. I have a call into owner at corporate, we will see if he returns call. Nick has responded but not the one that i requsted to speak with. Instead of addressing my issue they kicked it back to the store manager Billy, the problem from the start. This is only one of a thousand complaints with management. This complaint is not directed at the good people that work there. You know who you are. Thanks for nothing Nick !!!!
Well I bought 5 chambers for my septic system, turned out is was my pipes under my house, so I returned, the items, and they still charged me 25% restocking fee!!!after I spent another $900.00 dollars there, I Will tell all the plumbers I know!!! That's way Homedepot gets All There Bussness!!!
They are awesome people! They have great knowledge and take really good care of their people. I will go there again real soon.
