Prices good but they sent me the wrong water heater. Called them Friday morning but nothing was done until Monday afternoon, at which point they just offered a refund. Essentially no effort to help fix the mess.

I have to say the attention we received and the timely delivery of the products is great. Now, the after purchase when we had problems with a number of items we purchased was almost nothing. We purchased Bertazzoni products and when the boxes were opened they were dented. We still have not received the name of a service company. An original email was sent July 30th. When we purchased the products we were told that there were a number of companies in the Savannah area. Now, even Bertazzoni can't seem to find one. Post delivery has been frustrating and also expensive getting something as simple as a hot water dispenser working. That was just one example. I wouldn't make this your final appliance destination if you are looking.

Delivering to this location was great. If your in a 53ft tractor trailer come in-in reverse trailer first. Yard is very small and some may find it difficult to blindside.

Coprporate office said they could sell me a $10 capacitor to repair my electric motor. They said they had 14 in stock at Garden City. When I drove 30 minutes to get part the manager said I needed to be a licenced HVAC Technician to purchase. I don't have a problem protecting the HVAC industry but get your company communications together so people don't wast time.
