I have been dealing with Southern Plumbing going on 30 plus years.I went into there show room today because I needed a specific part for a Delta faucet,John said no problem ,in minutes he had the part.To say he saved Thanksgiving is an understatement. Its nice dealing with the pro,s.Thank you John and Southern plumbing. You may get David who i have known for 30 plus years.His knowledge of plumbing is exstensive,he is one of the main reasons I have used Southern for all these years.He is a very dear friend .

Staff was very patient, listening to my description of the needed replacement to a 30-year-old, out-of-fashion bathroom faucet. Rep showed me what would be available to order from one supplier, then went into the warehouse and found a style that matched my description, allowing me to walk out with what I needed. Very helpful!

Very nice people there. We bought a part from them for $7.00 that the big box stores sell for over $20! Also needed a part they did not stock but they said where to get it. Good customer service.

I try not to give bad reviews but you have to judge the business on how their employees conduct themselves for the business and their employee has got the company a 2 just because they did take time to even talk to me, I was referred to them by a reputable business for a specific piping, I went there, they had signs referring to masks and COVID which I abided by the door was locked, I went around the side where I saw some people outside W/O masks, I asked 2 of the guys who works here and one of the young employees locked me up and down after I told him what I needed but the other guy referred me to another locked door but before I got to the door another employee was coming from the fence garage way without a mask, I then told him what I needed and with a bad attitude he told me we don't s
