I met Mike last fall when I was looking to close in a couple of mulch beds. He came out and offered a solution for a reasonable price, then was back a few days later with sod and edging. He then did some tree trimming and shrub pruning. I was so impressed with his work that I switched my weekly lawn services to Southern Property Management this year and I have not been disappointed. Excellent service and fair pricing! I hired them for junk clean up and small tree removal. They removed rusty barrels, huge logs, branches, leaves, and a surprise pile of rocks and roots plowed into a pile behind the shed and covered in leaves by my current landscape maintenance company from a recent project in the side yard. I’m looking forward to Southern Property taking over my property management in March once my current contract ends. Mike is very knowledgeable and we’ve already been discussing plans for improving my property.
