This is a wonderful company! The lady that runs the central office (Hope) is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service personnel are wonderfully professional and efficient. Matthew Griffin did a great job with our standard service, and Michael Mullenski did some custom work for us with our thermostat that we love. Super helpful and accommodating! Thank you. The other important issue is that they don't charge absurd rates like the big companies... you don't 5 thousand dollars for 4 hours of work!

Always excellent service. My main reason for dealing with a company for services is their trustworthiness. If it doesn't need to be done, it isn't recommended. If it needs to be done, it is done efficiently and correctly and fairly. I'm so glad to have found Southern Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning. My daughter used them for years when she lived in Raleigh and had them check out my HVAC unit a few years ago. With confidence I am able to call them when needed and always more than satisfied with the results. The owners really have built a great company and the technicians are always great to deal with.

I have worked with this company on at least three ocassions and every single time they have been fantastic. I first found them when one of my units failed. The first company I called was atrocious and overcharged me for the diagnostic before trying to sell me an overpriced package to replace the unit altogether. Thankfully I cut my losses and called Southern Seasons for a second opinion. The unit was indeed ready to go, but they quoted me a reasonable price for the replacement and didn't try to upsell or overcharge me. Following that service they have come back a couple of times to repair my older unit or correct the settings on the newer one and each time they have been fair, reliable, and professional.

Our gas furnace went out in the middle of the night on the weekend during the recent bitter cold. I contacted our regular HVAC provider who was unable to respond due to workload and recommended Southern Seasons. I called them early on a Saturday morning and left a voicemail. Kristal called me back within 30 minutes and had a technician (Nick) at our house within an hour. Nick was personable, polite and very knowledgable about our particular system. I went into the crawl space with him and he explained the diagnostic process to narrow down the source of the problem. It turned out to be a part called an inducer motor that had failed. Unfortunately, that particular OEM part was unavailable on the weekend and could not be obtained until Monday, so Nick was unable to complete the repair. Our re

Our technician, I believe his name was nick, was very nice. He came and repaired the issue with no problem. He actually saved us a lot of money! I gave the company 4 stars due to being after the timeframe they gave me. Also the first technician who diagnosed the problem told us the drain was the problem and needed to be replaced. The technician who came yesterday said no, the system is sloping which was causing the problem. I’m thankful this second technician came who saved us a money! A shout out to him! Also customer service is wonderful too! My advice is to have two different technicians opinions.
