Silvina has been handling our irrigation needs for over 20 years at 3 different homes including finishing an installation of a system that we initially engaged with someone else in Milton. She is very knowledgeable about her work and does a very good job. She is usually quite responsive but can obviously get very busy at key points during the year.

Sylvina and her company (Southern Sprinklers) were referred to us and we naturally expected her to be the best at what she does and to help us solve our irrigation issues. On her first visit, she was very thorough and helped us learn of our issues (about $400 as she charges by the hour no matter what service is being done). I initially worked with her as it was my friend who referred her. I got snapped at, told to wait multiple times as she was texting on her phone on my dime. I obviously wasn't her favorite,, so I asked my husband to give it a try because hes a man. It worked. She was more pleasant with him. Forward to today and months later- Silvina has rescheduled at least 4 times with various excuses, has not finished the job, and shared with us she was having her friend come to finish

Ed and his team are very professional and trustworthy. They are so honest in their services, and only repair what really needs repairing. Their service is on time and send a reminder when needed. They support the local community as well and are family owned and operated. Highly recommend and will work on existing systems.
