We have used Southern Trust Home three times in the past year and each time we have been very satisfied with their personnel and their work. Alex was the technician we had today for a plumbing issue. He not only solved our issue rapidly but also was very helpful with several recommendations about improving our systems. Each time we use Southern Trust Home we again are grateful we have them taking care of our home.

The only company willing to come and assess our electrical issue during the winter weather even though the issue was unrelated to the weather. Dana was early and efficient. He explained everything he was doing during the diagnostic as well as the issues and fixes. He went the extra mile to call their HVAC guy to troubleshoot our system over the phone since it would not come back on when the power was restored. Got us scheduled for that to be fixed as well. We were having a problem with a clogged drain and Evan from southern trust home services came out to our house on a Saturday to work on it. They didn’t even charge us extra for coming on a Saturday. He was extremely nice and professional and had the drain fixed within an hour of coming by for a very reasonable price. Our family would 100% recommend southern trust for all our plumbing needs and Evan was great!
