Tim said he could level my house by adding more piers and replacing some of the existing piers. The contract was written, I paid him half, and when he finished, since I was out of town, my nephew handed over the final payment. When I saw the work a couple of months later, the floors had never been leveled, and the dining room walls were cracking. It was a disaster! He shouldn't have taken money for a job he couldn't/didn't do. I asked for a refund, which I never received, and apparently he still has an A+ rating with the BBB, even after he avoided responding to them for months. Perhaps I have to contact the contractor's licensing board. Looking at the work, he probably isn't licensed at all. That was $2,575. down the toilet!

This contractor screwed me. Said he could replace the floor in my storage building this is the shabby finished job.buyer beware. And expensive lesson for me.
